Deduction, deposit, and quarterly returns — without the penalties

Overview

We determine which payments attract TDS, at what rate, and under which section — then set up a process so deductions happen correctly at source, every time.

Quarterly TDS returns are prepared and filed within statutory deadlines, and Form 16/16A certificates are generated for your deductees without last-minute scrambling.

If you've received a TRACES default notice or short-deduction demand, we help you respond and resolve it.

Our process

  1. 1

    Applicability mapping

We identify every payment type in your books that attracts TDS and the correct section/rate.

  2. 2

TDS is deducted at source and deposited to the government within the due date each month.

  3. 3

    Quarterly return filing

Form 24Q, 26Q, or 27Q is prepared and filed with TRACES within the quarterly deadline.

  4. 4

    Certificate generation

Form 16 / 16A certificates are generated and issued to your employees or vendors.

  5. 5

    Default resolution

Any TRACES demand, short-deduction, or late-filing notice is analyzed and responded to.

Frequently asked questions

What is the due date for depositing TDS?

TDS deducted in a month is generally due by the 7th of the following month (30th April for March deductions). We track this for every deductor we work with.

What are the penalties for late TDS filing?

Interest applies on late deposit, a late fee accrues per day of delay in filing the return, and penalties can apply for continued non-compliance. Timely filing avoids all of this.

Can you help with a lower deduction certificate?

Yes, we assist with Form 13 applications for lower or nil TDS deduction where the deductee's tax liability justifies it.
